A Fall Update from Friends



We’ve been around for over 100 years and counting! And we’ve kicked off another fall season with delightful outings and activities. Our Friends of the Institute mantra is “Belonging, Learning, Giving” as we support, enhance, and sustain the collections, programs, and influence of the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Come join us!

Oct. 27, 2 p.m.: Professor Howard Louthan, “Charles Bridge Statues of Prague;”

1 p.m. pre-lecture tours

 

Nov. 10, 2 p.m.: Jody Folwell and Susan Folwell, “Puebloan Potters and Artists,”

1 p.m. pre-lecture tours

 

Dec. 12, 11 a.m.: New Mia Decorative Arts curator

10:15 a.m. Coffee & treats

12:30 p.m. Holiday Luncheon

American Swedish Institute tour, Dec. 4, 10 - 11:30 a.m.
